Travel is a way of knowing that begins with perceiving the world through the senses.
We see, hear, touch, taste, and smell. These sensory systems help us interact with, understand, and adapt to our environment.
Animals have another amazing sensory organ: whiskers. These sensitive, mobile hairs detect the slightest vibrations and movements in space. Whiskers act as analyzers that perceive, process, and transmit information about the surrounding world.
In my project, I explore the phenomenon of whiskers as a symbol of intuitive perception, which allows us to sense invisible connections and movements that elude our usual senses.
